Content is collected in collections table.
Contents that are split into multiple parts are merged in Locate & Merge functionality.
They are merged with one parent id - hash of concatenated hashes of all the parts .
After merging the content needs to be transferred to translations table.
While transferring, the user can select domain , url/scriptpath.
Based on the input the contents will be transferred from collections table to translations table.
