We need to identify the contents that will be sent for translation .
Similarly we also need to uniquely identify the contents that can be billed ( for billing ).
For this we need to identify and flag the contents that are unique page wise.
Also we need to identify and flag the contents that are unique domain wise.
Add two columns in the collections/contents table that will flag them as unique.
For page wise unique we can add a field as uniqbypage
For domain wise unique we can add a field as uniqbydomain .
The background python utility should run for a given domain on the command line.
This program should ideally run after the broken contents are merged for a domain.
This program should also be designed, so that it operates like idempotent
idempotent — meaning that operation is one that produces the same result when performed multiple times, meaning that repeating the operation does not change the outcome beyond the initial application..
